2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of enrollment.
  • Courses that have already commenced or materials accessed may have partial or no refund eligibility.
  • Refund eligibility may vary for promotional or discounted courses.

3. Refund Procedure

  • Submit a refund request to support@utsacademy.com with enrollment details.
  • Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Cancellation by UTS Academy

If a course is cancelled by UTS Academy, enrolled students are eligible for a full refund or alternative course options.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Processing fees, taxes, and third-party charges are non-refundable.
  • Partial course completions may not be eligible for refund.

6. Changes to Refund Policy

UTS Academy reserves the right to update this Refund Policy. Students will be notified of any changes via email or website notice.
